India-Chinese Jawans jointly celebrated Diwali in Arunachal Pradesh

On Wednesday, Indian jawans and China’s PLA (People’s Liberation Army) held ceremonial border personnel meeting to honor the joint celebration of Diwali to organized at Bum-La by Indian Army, reports a military official.

Last, of 2018, a Ceremonial Border Personal Meeting was organized to remember joint Diwali celebration, which was initiated by the Indian Army.

Colonel Prasenjit Kar led the Indian delegation and Chinese PLA team was headed by Colonel Yang Zi Ming.

Both the delegation of India and China has interacted and exchanged greetings in a cordial way, a sign of enhancing military-to-military bond at ground level.

The meeting between the two nations commenced with National Flag hosting and lightening-up of traditional Diyas. Both the nations highlighted the significance of maintaining peace along the border areas.

The highlight of the meeting was the impressive and colorful performances by cultural troupes highlighting “Real India”.
