After twelve days of Dreadful terror attack in Jammu Kashmir’s Pulwama, today India has been successful to carry out air strikes on terror camps across Line of Control, as per sources. Congress chief Rahul Gandhi wrote on Twitter, “I salute the pilots of the IAF”, with official confirmation of the pre-dawn airstrikes was yet to come.
Omar Abdullah, the National Conference chief tweeted, “Wow, if this is true this was not a small strike by any stretch of the imagination but will wait for official word, should any be forthcoming.”
According to the sources, 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets had dropped around 1000 kg laser-guided bombs on a camp which is reported to be a training camp of the terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad. This Jaish-e-Mohammad is the group which allegedly was responsible for the Pulwama attack in which 40 CRPF personnel got killed after a suicide terror attack.
Sources said that the missions were “100 percent successful” and was carried out as it was planned.
On 14th February a terrorist named Adil Ahmad Dar from Jaish-e-Mohammad drove a car which was packed with explosives and rammed it to the convoy of the 78 vehicles of CRPF personnel on the Jammu-Srinagar highway causing the death of 40 CRPF men after the huge blast.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had assured the people of India who were inflamed with anger after the blast, that India will give a proper reply to this attack.
PM Modi promised that the sacrifices” of the jawans at Pulwama “will not go in vain”. Union Minister Arun Jaitley tweeted that the terrorists “will be given an unforgettable lesson for their heinous act”.
India has already started its aim to isolate Pakistan diplomatically. The allowances which were made for Pakistan in terms of trade have been discarded. India also snatched the Most Favoured Nation or MFN status from Pakistan.
