On Wednesday, the micro-blogging site Twitter went down in  most parts of the words including in India, informed the website tracking portal DownDetector. 

Most users were unable to see and share tweets on both web and mobile, with a tagline running on their timelines “Something Went Wrong.”

Some Twitter Users has also received the message, which reads: “Cannot retrieve tweets at this time. Please try again later.”

Most Twitter users were unable to tweet and also couldn’t view messages and tweets. 

Twitter was crashed on all platforms, like iOS, Android, and Web. 

The micro-blogging platform was yet to issue a statement on the reason behind the protest.
