The specifications of the phone are the best in the Note Series. It comes with a much upgraded S Pen, supports Bluetooth, packs a bigger battery and has the largest display in the Galaxy series. Furthermore, the Galaxy Note 9 supports a total of 1TB internal storage with the top end model that packs a 512 GB of internal storage. The memory features of the device are much more than one would expect from a flagship device.
If you are looking forward to grabbing other flagship grade specs then you would purposely get an 8GB RAM model, Qualcomm Snapdragon processor in the US and other markets. While the device is all set to ship with the Samsung own Exynos 9810 chipset in India. No official launch date has been yet announced by the company.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would be made available in Midnight Black, Metallic Copper, Ocean Blue and Lavender Purple colors. The availability of colors may be different for regions, however, it is anticipated that the users can choose from these colors.
Surprisingly, the Ocean Blue Model of the Galaxy Note 9 will be accompanied by a yellow colored S Pen that would make it look even more attractive. The configurations of the phone would depend upon markets.

Price is one of the biggest concerns when it comes to Indian markets. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would be priced at 68,000 for the 6 GB RAM variant accompanied with 128 GB storage. While the 8 GB RAM and 512 GB storage variant is priced at RS. 86,000. The price is as per the US markets as the Indian prices have not been yet revealed by the Smartphone manufacturer.
