PCOD (Polycystic Ovary Disorder) is the cause that seen in women’s in large numbers. Generally caused seen in women due to hormonal imbalance and cysts in the ovaries. The cause of PCOD disorder causes issues like irregular or no menstrual periods, pelvic pain, and may also lead to difficulties getting pregnant. The symptoms of PCOD are not similar to all patients. The fact that important to understand that PCOD (Polycystic Ovary Disorder) is not similar to PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). During to the research, Medical Director at Bloom IVF Center Hrishikesh Pai mentioned things to prevent if you are diagnosed with PCOD.

Keep Weight in Check if women suffering from PCOD: Womens who are suffering from PCOD they must keep their weight in check. According to Hrishikesh Pai, “even a little difference of 0.5 kg to 1kg in weight can help manage the symptoms”. Remember get about 30 minutes of physical activity every day. In your regular schedule including some moderately intense exercises. The exercises help in regularizing periods and improve your chances of conception.
Planned diet is essential and should be maintained: If you are suffering from PCOD they must consume a healthy and balanced diet mainly fruits and vegetables should be in rich amount. Lean meat, Low- fat dairy, oil-rich fish and whole grains are the most essential in your planned diet. Maintained and planned you meals inclusive of all nutrient components. You must eat regular break as this will avoid appetite and overeating. Dr. Rai advised that “ limit the intake of processed foods, and sugary and starchy items because they can worsen the symptoms of PCOD.”
Strain and Stress is a major cause of concern for those with PCOD: The main cause of this disease is stress and strain. This is also a risk factor that can aggravate PCOD. Dr. Pai explains that “ Under acute stress, the body releases an excess of male hormones which can lead to insulin resistance and eventually type- diabetes.” He also added that “ Practice relaxation techniques, meditate, and get adequate rest and sleep to bring down stress levels”
Yoga the best relaxation technique: YOga is helpful in any relief of pain and stress. In case of PCOD yoga is very relaxation techniques as it gives a relief your body from pain. Dr. Pai advised that “ doing yoga as some breathing techniques and asanas can help in managing PCOD-related symptoms”. He also mentioned “ there are some specific yoga asanas, which benefit the pelvic area by in calming the mind by alleviating negativing and depression.
