On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claims that some people have lost their sleep when the nation hits back at terrorists, adding that the opposition are putting the lives and future of people in danger.
Ahead of the April-May Lok Sabha Elections, addressing an election rally in Uttar Pradesh’s Amroha, PM Modi said that “some people” didn’t like the fact that terrorists are being given a reply in their own language.
Referring to February 14’s deadly terror attack on a CRPF convoy in J&K’s Pulwama district, the Prime Minister asked that gathering, “After the terrorist attack, should I have remained silent or attacked?”
“Terrorists are being given a reply in their own language… this is not liked by some people who lose their sleep when India hits back,” added PM Modi.
He continued, when Pakistan is exposed in front of the world, “these people” started speaking in its favor only.
The Prime Minister also said, “Be it the Congress, the SP or the BSP, they have put your life and future in danger.”
PM Modi alleged the government of “Bua” (Mayawati) and “Babua” (Akhilesh Yadav) has released terror accused and were kind to them.
He further said that he hadn’t let the nation hang its head in shame in these 5-years tenure, stressed that the country’s image and reputation are higher than it has ever been.
“I would like to thank the government of UAE and people of the UAE for honoring me with the Zayed medal…this is not an award given to Modi but to the Indian people,” added PM Modi.
