Mr. Rawat also said that more than a dozen factories in Uttarakhand had been closed after November 7 investors meet. He further claims of 9 lakh farmers in the state, around 50000 farmers have quit farming in past 2-years.
The Congress General Secretary Harish Rawat said that the decision of the government to relax the stringent land laws would force the people of this state to migrate to other states of the country.
“Top industrialists like Adani and Ramdev would buy all the land. There will be no land left for living,” added Mr. Rawat.
