The relatives of a 26-year-old Hyderabad woman, who died in Saudi Arabia, have asked help from External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in bringing back her dead body to India.

The victim woman, identified as Nasreen Fatima, had went to Saudi Arabia around 2-years ago in search of a good job.

Nasreen’s mother-in-law, Ghousia Begum said that “Nasreen went to Saudi Arabia 22 months ago in search of a job after her husband got injured in an accident.”

“Two days ago we received a phone call and were told that she had died. I asked for the reason of her death but that was not conveyed. They are not even sending her mortal remains,” added Ghousia Begum.

Dead Nasreen is survived by two children. Her mother-in-law is presently looking for help from Ms. Swaraj in this matter. Ms. Ghousia appealed, “I request Minister Sushma Swaraj to help me and her two children.”

Further details are awaited.
