On Thursday, a Rajasthan MLA for the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party has tried to disrupt state Governor Kalyan Singh’s address to the House, raises demands for the procurement of moong beans from farmers.

Hanuman Beniwal has raised the issue as soon as the Assembly assembled. However, Governor Singh started addressing the House.

First of all, Mr. Singh congratulates the newly-elected MLAs and continued with the address but he was requested by the Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal to table the speech.

Governor Singh continued to address that House for some more time but he tabled the speech after reading a few lines.

Mr. Singh was criticized by Mr. Beniwal for ignoring the Parliamentary Affairs Minister’s request, which invited sharp reaction form Deputy Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore and others as well.

Governor Kalyan Singh has left the House after tabling the speech in the House.
