On Monday, the Bihar police have arrested a woman in having connection with a suspected case of dishonor killing of a 16-years-old girl in Gaya district of Bihar.

On January 6, the mutilated body of the victim girl was found lying, after she went missing from her residence in December 2018, said the police.

Rajiv Mishra, a senior Police official of Gaya said that the convicted woman was produced before a local court, which retained her under judicial custody.

Two suspected men, including father of the victim teen girl, have been arrested so far in the case, said Mr. Mishra.

The SSP claims that the accused woman has admitted having an illicit relation with a friend of the girl’s father, who has also been detained and dumped the body in collusion with him after plan killing her.

Mr. Mishar said that more investigation into the killing of a teenage girl is underway.
