Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has alleged the Congress-led UPA indulgence with being “shy” in delivering a befitting reply to Pakistan and claims that PM Modi-led NDA government has reserved this tendency.

He mentioned about the safe return of IAF Pilot Abhinandan Varthaman and claims that “the previous UPA government was shy to take on Pakistan, saying that both are nuclear-powered nations and any conflict will be dangerous. But the Modi government does not feel so and India retaliated (for) the terror attack in Pulwama boldly.”

Mr. Puri commented while his book release event “Antar Pravah”, which was authored by Suman Devi, in the CMS Inter College event, where his founder Jagdish Gandhi was also present.

The Union Minister also suggested that Ms. Devi should write about 30 more books and wished her success in her future happenings.
