Today, few suspected terrorists fired at an RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) leader and killed his personal security officer at a hospital in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, reports police.

Chandrakanta, a local RSS leader, was injured in the attack that was mainly targeted at him, said the officials.

It continued that Mr. Chandrakanta has went to a nearby local hospital for a check-up.

Officials said that the suspected terrorists have barged into the hospital and snatched the weapon of his personal security officer and attempted to fire at him.

However, in the struggle, the security official was shot dead and the RSS leader was badly injured.

Senior police officials went at the crime scene to scrutinize the incident.
