On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that BJP is ‘fully committed’ to fulfill the aspirations and dreams of the country’s young population as the party’s youth wing has opened his campaign for his return to power in the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha Elections due by May.
PM Modi tweets, “I commend the energetic BJYM team for their #VijayLaksh2019 movement that will mobilize Yuva Shakti from all over India on a large scale for a strong mandate for the BJP. Our Party is fully committed to fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of our talented youngsters. #NaMoYuva.”
His tweet came after BJYM (Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha) Chief Poonam Mahajan has launched a campaign of 17 distinct programmes aimed at connecting with young voters with the slogan “Laksh hamara, Modi dobara” (Our aim, Modi again).
BJYM has named its exercise as “Vijay Laksh 2019.”
