Hours after the top court appointed three mediators in Ayodhya land dispute, the spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar took to Twitter with #ayodhyamediation and said, “Respecting everyone, turning dreams to reality, ending long-standing conflicts happily and maintaining harmony in society…”
Sri Sri is a strong believer in dialogue, has long been focusing on talks and peaceful solutions to the Ram-janma-bhoomi and Babri Masjid dispute.
The spiritual guru tweeted:
On Wednesday, after the hearing of the Supreme Court on Ayodhya case, Sri Sri said that “we should keep our egos and differences aside and come together with a spirit of honoring and accommodating the sentiments of the communities concerned.”
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has welcomed the top court’s move towards mediation called it “in the best interest of the country and all parties concerned.”
He has been maintaining that the grieving parties should go in for an out-of-court settlement that could work out to win out the situation for both Muslims and Hindus.
