Today, Delhi High Court has directed the CBI to cancel the LoC (Look out Circular) issued against ex-IAF Chief and co-accused SP Tyagi in the VVIP chopper scam.
The investigation agency is directed by the special judge Arvind Kumar, which concern authorities regarding this aspect.
On September 1, 2017, the CBI has lodged a charge sheet in the VVIP chopper scam in which Mr. Tyagi and UK’s Christian Michel were named among the convict.
Nine others were also accused in the charge sheet filed against the VVIP chopper scam, having connection with a bribery case.
73-years-old SP Tyagi is the first Chief of the Indian Air Force to be a convict in such corruption or criminal case filed by CBI and has also denied all charges against him.
