On Sunday, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has praised the Prime Minister for acting against terror and working for the welfare of common people.

While campaigning in Bhagalpur, Jamui, and Kishanganj Parliamentary Constituencies, CM Kumar has attacked the opposition Grand Alliance for its “baseless talks” and termed the oppositions’ manifesto “useless” as what it had was “difficult to implement”.

At the election meeting, the Janata Dal (United) Chief said that “Modi has taken action against terror. He had responded timely and countered terror.”

Admiring PM Modi for working for the welfare of common people, especially in the state, he influenced the people to vote and support of NDA in the elections.

Mr. Kumar is one of the main star campaigners of NDA Government in Bihar, asked people to offer his ‘mazdoori’ in the form of votes.

“We have come to seek votes from you on the basis of the work. I have done development work in last 13 years and I am seeking wages for it from you,” said the Bihar Chief Minister, adding that NDA Government has constructed roads to connect all villages, offered electricity, worked hard to provide clean drinking water, and establish rule of law and harmony in Bihar.

CM Kumar further noted the work towards women empowerment in Bihar by reserving a 35 percent quota for women in government jobs to 50 percent in the institutions of Panchayati Raj.

“It resulted in women coming out of their homes and joining the mainstream of society.. it is common now to see girls in groups going to schools and colleges, which was unbelievable earlier,” added the JD(U) Chief.

Nitish Kumar further targeted the opposition, mainly RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) leaders for using objectionable words against him and the Prime Minister during the poll campaign and asked them to use decent language.
