After Fire exchanges, eleven “Gangsters” arrested from Sonipat

Eleven accused gangsters were arrested by Haryana Police after a detailed exchange of fire near Sonipat.

Over Rs. 10.23 lakh cash and 10 illegal weapons were recovered from them, reports an official on Thursday.

Haryana Police raided at the hideouts of the gangsters on a tip-off and asked them to surrender on their own, but they first broke out fire on the team of Policemen, which caused injury to some officials.

After they broke out fire, Police fired back against them and badly wounded two of the gangsters from the team of eleven.

All three wounded people were lifted to a nearby hospital, said the police.

Haryana Police further seized 82 live cartridges from the group of gangsters, said an official and added that Police had previously declared a reward of Rs. 50,000 each for their arrest.

Today, after all the eleven accused got arrested had to overcome over three dozen cases of attempt to murder, murder, kidnapping, and loot report the Police.
