After clashes in Jammu and Kashmir, Security Forces fired tear gas

After clashes broke out between youngsters group in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, who took the streets during a cordon and search operation, security forces fired tear gases, reports the police.

The incident took place, when the RR (Rashtriya Rifles), Central Reserve Police Force and special operations group cordoned off Arihal village after getting informed about the presence of militants.

A police officer said that “during the searches, village youths started pelting stones at the security forces that had to fire tear gas.”
