On Monday, a minor fire broke out inside a room of Shastri Bhawan on the ground floor, said the Delhi Fire Service (DFS).

No casualties or dead have been reported so far.

The fire department informs that they have received a call about the flame at 1:12 pm and immediately sent five fire engines at the spot to douse the flames.

The sudden fire broke out from an air-conditioner of a room and was brought under control, added a DFS official.
