On Friday, Delhi woke up to a sunny morning with minimum temperature above the season’s average at 18.6 degrees Celsius, said the weather forecast department. The maximum temperature for the day in the national capital is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius.

However, Delhi skies will become cloudy later today, reports an Indian Meteorological Department official.

Today, Delhi’s humidity was recorded at 79 percent and above.

On Thursday, the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 16.2 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature was 35.5 degrees, which is around 3 notches above the normal temperature.
