Salman Khan alleged over demeaning Movie Title, “Loveratri”

On Thursday, in Bihar Court, a complaint was lodged against Salman Khan and other related with the next home production of movie “Loveratri”. Mr. Khan was accused of demeaning the movie title, which hurts the sentiments of Hindu, as their Namarari demeaning as “Loveratri”.

Sudhir Kumar Ojha has lodged the complaint against Bollywood Actor Salman Khan and will be heard on September 12 by Shailendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate of sub-divisional court.

Mr. Ojha accused that the movie, which was produced by Mr. Khan likely to denigrates and offense Goddess Durga, Hindu Goddess. Mr. Ojha exclaimed that “Loveratri” scheduled release date on October 5, which is close to Namarari this year and would surely hurt the3 sentiments of Hindu.

He expressed his expectations about the upcoming movie would be based on teasers and promos being broadcasted on YouTube and another online source.

Under IPC section 298 (uttering words with deliberate intent to wound religious feelings), 295 (injuring or defiling place of worship), 120(B) (criminal conspiracy), 153(B) (imputation, assertions prejudicial to national integration) and 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot), Mr. Ojha has lodged a complaint against Mr. Khan.

Beside him, those who were involved as accused of the case are newcomer Warina Hussain and Aayush Sharma- lead pair in the movie “Loveratri”.

Popular actors Ronit Roy, Ram Kapoor and debutante Director Abhiraj Minawala, who were part of the movie were also accused along with Mr. Khan.
