Today, Bollywood actress Lara Dutta has recently celebrated her 8th wedding anniversary, posted throwback picture with her husband Mahesh Bhupathi from their wedding day. On February 16, 2011, Lara Dutta married Tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi in a civil ceremony, which was followed by a Christian wedding in Goa on February 20. 40-years-old Lara Dutta has captioned her post, “8 years ago, I made my doubles debut, with the best partner! We make a great team.” Over the weekend, Mr. Bhupathi had wished his wife Lara on their wedding anniversary with some photos of their wedding album and wrote: “Eight years ago today, I signed my life away to Lara Dutta.”

To Mahesh’s post, Lara replied: “By the Cheshire Cat grin on your face, doesn’t look like you were dragged to the altar.” In Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland series, (ROFL) Cheshire Cat is a fictional character.

Mahesh Bhupathi and Lara Dutta are parents to a 7-years-old daughter, named Saira.

Earlier, in an interview, Lara Dutta said that her daughter Saira has been her greatest teacher in life. “My daughter has been literally my life’s greatest teacher and she has pushed all the limits as (far as) possible because she is at that age right now. She is pushing it how far it can go before mom erupts, but it is fun and wonderful. Mahesh has been a wonderful and hands-on dad,” sources quoted Lara saying. Andaaz.
