Vipul Amrit lal Shah’s 2007’s Namastey London, starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif was a huge hit and the director is back with the second installment in the franchise. Years after being announced, the film is finally on the floors and the stars took to Twitter to share the poster and also announce its release date, which is slated to be December 7.

Arjun Kapoor shared the first look of the movie on Twitter with the caption – Me and Parineeti are back !!! The plot of the movie has not been revealed but it will probably be a standalone film. According to a PTI report, the team will shoot in Amritsar and then in Ludhiana and Patiala. The filmmaker earlier told PTI that this is the perfect time to be in Punjab as the weather is neither too hot nor too cold and the crops will make for stunning visuals.

Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra have earlier worked in Ishaqzaade and Namaste England will be their third film after the yet to be released Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.
