New Delhi (News Service) – Sukhoi jet crashed in Nasik, causing no harm to the pilots. Later it was found that the plane was under production. Till now there have been no casualties reported. The drivers ejected without any injuries.
The plane was a Sukhoi Su-30MKI which was under production under the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Thus not ready to be a segment of the Indian Army.

In the middle of May, a frontline Sukhoi jet crashed a few kilometers away from the China border taking the lives of both the pilots on board. It was discovered that a technical pitfall hurdled the engine from working, thus resulting in a crash.

The engine that powers that Sukhoi Su-30 is manufactured in Russia. It can work in all weather conditions and air surface missions. The airplanes were launched by the IAF in late 1990. Ever since then there have been 6 crashed due to technical snags.
