Where is Kapil Sharma and what is happening to him? The humourist replied to all the questions as he communicated with fans on Thursday.

Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma, who has been facing controversies and troubles in his professional and public life for more than a year now, is back on Twitter to communicate with his fans and says about his health on Thursday. Kapil has been surrounded by rumors of alcohol addiction, depression, and unprofessional behavior. He had a Twitter meltdown a few months back which ended with him filing police complaints against a journalist and his earlier showrunner and alleged girlfriend Preeti Simoes and her sister Neeti.

He sounded positive that he would return to the small screens soon but is traveling currently. Kapil shared a link for the latest song of Dr. Zeus last night and was flooded with messages by his fans.

Kapil also repeated Salman Khan famous dialogue when a fan asked how he can hold onto him. “Dil me aa Raha hu bahut hai… samajh ke kya karna…love u.” (The fact that I am in your heart is enough, there is no point of understanding anything beyond that).

He also said that he will change his display picture on Twitter once he is back in shape, having formerly accepted that he is now “mota (fat)”.

When a fan wrote on Twitter that he is missing Kapil and his show, the humourist replied that he be back with a brand-new offering.

He also responded to fans who were delighted to see him back on Twitter. Answering to some of them, he said he has put on weight but is working hard to get back in shape. The actor-humourist finally tweeted, “Chalo now good night .. trying to change my lifestyle .. god bless all .. love u.”

Kapil, nonetheless, claimed all was well between him and the channel that aired Family Time with Kapil – Sony. “The people who want my career destroyed can spread whatever lies they want. I am okay with it. I am not new to people piggy riding on my success. Let them, as long as it gives them the satisfaction they want. I know what I am doing,” he said in an interview.
